The agreement between you and Maincard when you use any of our products.

01 Acceptance
By using maincard.ai or any of its products — including
Mage, GEOWizard, Tony (liketony.ai), Concierge, and IG Search
(maincard-analytics.com) — you agree to these terms. If you are using
Maincard on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to
bind that company.
02 Your account
Some products require an account. You're responsible for keeping your
credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account.
One person, one account. Sharing seats outside the limits of your plan is
not allowed.
03 Acceptable use
Don't use Maincard to:
Break the law, or help someone else break it.
Harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone.
Run high-volume automated scraping that degrades the service for others.
Build a clone, train a competing model, or reverse-engineer our products.
Process data you don't have the right to process.
Bypass rate limits, paywalls, or technical controls.
We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
For severe abuse — fraud, security attacks, illegal content — we act
immediately and without notice.
04 Free products
Tony and IG Search are free. We may
change, limit, or discontinue free products at any time. We don't owe you
a refund for a free service. If we shut a free product down, we'll give a
reasonable heads-up where possible.
Free products may include fair-use limits to prevent abuse. If you need
higher throughput, contact us for an enterprise arrangement.
05 Paid plans
Billing — Paid plans are billed monthly in advance unless your order form says otherwise. Prices are quoted in USD and exclusive of taxes.
Renewal — Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account or by email.
Refunds — We refund unused full months on request within 14 days of payment. Partial months are not refunded.
Late payment — If a payment fails, we'll retry for 14 days, then suspend the account.
Price changes — We can change list prices with 30 days notice. Active contracts are honored at their existing price until renewal.
06 Intellectual property
Maincard, the products, the wordmark, the visual design, the source code,
and the documentation are owned by Maincard and protected by copyright and
trademark law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable
right to use the products under these terms. Nothing here transfers any
ownership of our IP to you.
07 Your content
You keep ownership of any content you put into our products — briefs,
URLs, handles, copy, data. You give us the limited rights we need to run
the product on your behalf: store it, process it, display it back to you,
and pass it to the model providers that power the feature.
Outputs generated for you (for example, a rewritten landing page from
Tony) are yours to use commercially. Ownership of AI-generated output may
be legally complex in some jurisdictions; you take responsibility for
ensuring your use is lawful.
08 Third-party services
Our products integrate with third-party services (model providers,
payment processor, ad-platform APIs, etc.). Your use of those services is
governed by their terms, not ours. We pick vendors we trust, but we are
not liable for their actions.
09 Termination
You can stop using Maincard at any time and delete your account. We can
terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, for legal reasons,
or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use the products
ends. Sections that should reasonably survive — IP, liability, governing
law — continue to apply.
10 Warranties & liability
We provide the products "as is." We don't promise the service will be
uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific outcome will be achieved.
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability under these
terms is capped at the amount you paid Maincard in the 12 months before
the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special
damages — including lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law
(for example, for fraud or willful misconduct).
11 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Maincard
is incorporated. We'll try to settle disputes amicably; if we can't, the
courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive authority.
