Cookies.

A short read on what gets stored in your browser when you visit maincard.ai, and what each piece of it actually does.

Effective May 12, 2026 · Version 1.0

01 What's a cookie

A cookie is a small text file your browser stores on your device when you visit a website. It lets the site remember things between page loads — like whether you're logged in, what's in your cart, or your preferred theme. Similar technologies (local storage, session storage) work the same way. We treat them all under this notice.

02 How we use them

We use only the cookies we actually need: essential ones to keep the site working, and a small set of analytics cookies to understand which pages get used and what's broken. We do not use advertising cookies. We do not embed third-party ad trackers on our marketing pages.

03 The list

If we add or remove a cookie, this table is where it'll show up first.

04 Third-party cookies

A small number of pages embed third-party services that may set their own cookies:

These cookies are governed by the relevant third party's policy, not ours. We pick providers that publish clear policies.

05 Managing them

You can withdraw consent for analytics and preference cookies at any time from the cookie banner footer (link reappears when you scroll to the bottom of any page). Essential cookies cannot be turned off because the site won't work without them.

Your browser also gives you fine-grained control:

Clearing cookies will sign you out and reset your preferences.

06 Do Not Track

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) header. If your browser sends it, we treat that as a withdrawal of consent for non-essential cookies. We do not respond to legacy DNT headers, because the standard was never adopted consistently.

07 Changes

We'll keep this notice up to date. When something material changes, we'll mark it at the top of the page and refresh the cookie banner so you can review your choices.
